Great location and very convenient, but unfortunately we had no hot water during our stay. We were told it was due to city water pressure, though other units did not seem to have the same issue. No discount or accommodation was offered, which was disappointing given this was a basic amenity.

Disliked: Cleanliness
No hot water to shower, the water pressure is great but that’s what they blamed the no hot water issue on. Maintenance came in and left everything they took out of the hot water heater closet all over the condo. They give one key that enters the building, operate elevator, and enter condo, for 6 people. There were water leaks around the condo. After all this, I washed all the towels and took out all trash for cleaning people they still had the nerve to charge for a stained towel that I don’t believe existed. After the stay the host is unresponsive to me and VRBO representatives.

This location is PERFECT for seeing Puerto Rico- 10 minutes from the airport, two door away from bars and food - Had a competition level bartender mixing custom - off the menu drinks for us !!!!!!!…… across the street from the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen
