Place its self was nice and clean. Terrace waa great. That waa it. Should have been informed the elevator has been broken for months. The place is on the top floor and you have to walk up 5+ flights of narrow steps. The steps are small and you have to step sideways if you have bigger feet. It was awful.WiFi did not work, so the TV did wotk. Contacted host with no help, just oh well. The 2nd day we got woke up by a couple trying to get in. This place was double booked. The worst part was they said they had been in contect with the host and said they can put there bags in the place before check-in. So he should have known we were already there. Would never stay here again. Not good

Something is wrong with this manager and property. We checked ourselves into a filthy apartment from the previous guests. It had not been cleaned or made up. In the morning we were confronted by another couple who also had a reservation from a different service for our same dates. He rented the house to three overlapping groups!The host never responded to messages or phone calls. He be making a cash grab because he doesn’t care about his reputation. VRBO was not terribly fast to respond and lackluster in support.
