Our new remodeled apartment, one bedroom and one bathroom, with kitchen and just one block away from the best beach of San Juan. Charming with everything you need for up to four guest. One Queen size bed and a one convertible sofa bed for two, Air Conditioning system, kitchen and WiFi. One of the best relaxing and secure neighbors of the San Juan and Metropolitan Area. Nearby beaches, airport, shopping malls and entertainment venues, very good restaurants nearby, all within walking, Uber or own rental. Walk to the park, beach, restaurants, bar and other nearby venues.

Very disappointed

The property is located in a horrible area. Even the multiple Uber drivers said we were surrounded by the worst projects in San Juan. There was a real bad ant problem, and when mentioned they could not get an exterminator until 2 days later (that never showed up). Ants were in the kitchen, livingroom, and bedroom. A disclaimer should have been included in regards to not being able to flush toilet down the toilet. That made for a horrible experience. Not to mention, the water pressure would just cut off throughput the day. It happened several times while taking a shower and using the bathroom. You have to wait until it comes back to finish. I definitely will stay in a resort next time

Great stay

My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Close to beach and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant in front of the property. Pool and balcony enhanced our enjoyment.

Not clear on the property listing it's not just 2 units from the pictures it looks like 2

When I arrived I was told the main ac is not working and only the bedroom AC works. Traveling in June IT GOT HOT. Also had ants all over the kitchen. Pictures make it look like it's just 2 units and 1 shared private pool. NO there are at least 5 units on this smaller property and that leads to a crowded small pool and common area. The pool is perfect if it was only 2 units with a guest in them. Some guests with kids were told they can only spend a couple of hours at the pool because other guests wanted to use it. The property manager lives on the property and is on location seen many times during my stay. Tho he is nice and friendly and approachable Just felt like a babysitter watching over us, and other guests even spoke with him about that. I wanted to stay here because I felt it was more private and exclusive than a hotel. I was not told before arriving that I would be charged extra if someone stayed the night. After drinking with friends one might crash to make sure they are safe. You will have to pay extra money for this. The waterfall at the pool turns off during normal pool hours and the owner said he couldn't turn it back on because it is on a set timer. The location is nice about 50 feet from the beach but there is no view what so ever of anything and I was staying on the higher floor unit. For the amount of money paid I did not enjoy my stay. I Would pick a hotel of same or less price over this property.

Great Location - Enjoyed the pool!

We had a party of four and it worked for us. While we were not sure at first, the location turned out to be perfect for everything we wanted to see, the beach was wonderful each morning, the small pool was a nice addition. We enjoyed our stay.
