Great stay in Luquillo

This house is absolutely beautiful! It was spacious ,it fit my family of 5 very comfortably. It has an amazing view of the beach with large windows and a mini porch , it was easy to navigate to, and close to a lot of things. The house has air conditioning, hot water, and WiFi! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house!

Great location and Secure

Beautiful apartment with all a small family needs to enjoy the east coast of PR. Pool area clean and secure. Close to spectacular beaches. I personally would rather stay here instead of a beach front property in Luquillo.

Nice Apartment Short drive from the beach

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. As far as we could tell there was no way to walk to the beach, but there were several great beaches a short drive away. We felt safe in the gated community, but not like we were entering a compound which is nice. We used the pool a couple of times and found that to be nice and clean as well. There were no chairs or loungers at the pool, but the apartment had folding beach chairs and a cooler which we used. That was a nice feature. We found some great restaurants near by and there was a binder with great info on places to go and eat.

Severe safety issue - and terrible road noise make balcony unusable.

Frankly this is a stinky review. The first day of our stay we let the property contact know that the apartment was full of sewer gas as the kitchen sink did not have a trap on it. The master bathroom toilet and bidet were also not connected to the floor and the sewer smells in that room made the room unusable. We shut the door and placed a rug in front of the door. She tried to tell us that they did not know of the issue but the place was full of air fresheners and spray. We waited for a repair for 4 days and then just found a different place and moved on. She refunded the days that we did not stay but I would have expected more as the home is unusable. We couldn't cook there or use the master bath or master bedroom as the sewer gas permeated the master bedroom as well. The apartment was clean and had one nice tv..... but with cheap everything in the kitchen, only 6 towel for 4 people, 1 small hard sofa was the only seating area, rusted broken beach chairs, no wash clothes, no dish clothes. The apartment advertised a hot tub; nope just a kiddy pool. She said it was a mistake in the ad and removed it after we were already there. The pool is COLD and has no furniture. Here is the main reason to avoid this place unless she makes a major price change to adjust for the horrible location. The road noise is 24/7! So loud!!! There were no reviews on this place when we booked it. Now I know why. I can't believe that anybody likes to leave this bad of a review.

Great apartment close to Luquillo

This was a great apartment for our week long stay in PR! Very close to Luquillo, restaurants, and grocery stores. Easy to find and access, very clean, and wonderfully appointed. Because we flew in from VA it was so nice to have all the essentials already handled upon our arrival. The apartment was well stocked with toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. We did not cook at all during our trip, but the kitchen appeared to be ready with all necessary supplies if we need to. The community is very quiet and the apartment has a lovely view of the ocean. Tania is a wonderful host- so responsive and provided us with excellent information ahead of our arrival as well as providing a detailed binder with information about the apartment and surrounding area. We truly enjoyed our stay at Vista Encanto!
