We had a great stay here! This is an amazing location right on the beach in Condado, and is so close to great restaurants and stores for shopping. The condo was well equipped and it was nice to have a separate bedroom. The building is super secure, and host provided us with very detailed instructions for checking in. We would certainly stay here again.

This property is good. It is beachfront in an older building but it has updated technology to keep you safe (camera’s, & visual accounting for anyone entering the building). The unit is on the 6th floor & again it is beachfront! We appreciated quick responses from the host. We do recommend more wash cloths (there was one but plenty of towels) & the hot water is turned up given it only felt somewhat warm & the unit was clean but we did observe some stains on the bedroom comforter & there was sand on the floor. We could’ve reached out to the host but given our short stay we didn’t. We appreciate this unit comes with beach gear including chairs & an umbrella. We would stay in this unit again.

This place was absolutely incredible! Everything was spectacular! The host was amazing, very attentive, and responsive the entire time. The view was just magical! We left the keys in the apartment on accident twice and he made sure we got in both times. I can't say more great things about this place!

We had the greatest time. The location is stunning, the host is fabulous and responsive. Everything you need is right down the block from food and drinks to sunscreen and all beach attire. We plan on coming back again next year. Highly recommend. There’s also a laundry room which is very convenient for people who like to travel lightly! 10/10!

This one bedroom beachfront condo unit was very clean and came well equipped with beach amenities, like umbrellas, chairs and towels. The unit also had air conditioning in both of the living room and the bedroom. The 5th floor balcony faces north directly over beach and ocean. It is also very secure with a keypad to get onto the property and another one to enter the building. No need to cook with tons of restaurants walking distance. UBER Will also come down the street and pick you up if needed.

The view is unbelievable! Literally ON the beach! The building is clean and safe with 4 locked doors before reaching our room. We felt very safe and secure. The host is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and prompt with communication. The beds were comfortable; even the roll-away. If I make it back to San Jose, I'll do my best to stay here again.
