From check-in to check out was flawless! The staff was more than accommodating. The location is perfect.Grocery store right across the street and ocean a block away. The owner and staff were attentive in every way. 12 out of 10!!!! We cannot wait to come back to Ola Boutique!!! They showed us all the good spots to go and even took us on a day with their family across the island we will never forget...!!!!!

LOVED this property!! Staff was great and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Breakfast was fresh and had a variety of selection. Location is super convenient, there was a 24 hr grocery store across the street and walkable to plenty of food & exploration options. Good location for getting around San Juan and to El Yunque. Would stay again!

The staff was amazing! Marco and Francisco were so nice to us! The hotel makes breakfast every morning so that was nice. The rooms were spotless and very nice with are remote controlled air conditioners on the ceiling and The rooms had such pretty views! I would definitely stay here again next time i go to Puerto Rico!

The staff was amazing and welcoming, but the hotel and its amenities were not what expected. Although I only stayed one night I was thankful for that fact. I booked a small room and it had an awkward floor layout with the shower right in front of the bed and a toilet without a door. I was offered an upgrade if I payed $100 dollars more, but I didn’t expect the awkward layout until after I walked into the room. The hotel is not beachside and although I don’t think it was advertised as such, the pictures are definitely deceiving. I would say make sure you check what floor layout you are getting before booking if you are traveling with friends or family. You may need to step out of the room if someone needs to shower or use the restroom.

PROS: Staff is amazing. Will do everything they can to accommodate you. Lobby, 1st floor is comfortable and inviting. Pool Table, Bar, Tables, Couches, Chairs. Nicely Decorated. Breakfast good for starting your day. could use a little more variety. Omelets, eggs, toast, lil sausages, ham, yogurt, coffee & juices, fresh fruit, cereal & waffle sticks. water available all day/night. Shower is next to bed, but wonderful and water pressure great! grocery store and food truck right out side! CONS: Standard Room, furniture not efficiently placed. Bed WAY TOO SOFT! Flip that mattress!! no chair/couch to sit on, but chair was brought to room for us. No fridge, but gave us cooler for Ice. Very little storage. Toilet room ( no door ) has too much room that is wasted. Perfect for solo traveler. hard to crawl in bed no room as bed is up against wall. I have a cpap, and I had to put on bed leaning against wall as there was no place to put it. rearrange the room. move the hooks on wall to area near room connecting door. take fire ext. base out and put more hooks. NEED LIGHT above mirror. Pictures are deceiving. Beach is not as close as stated by pictures. Great restaurants blocks away. be prepared to Uber. driving in PR is crazy.

The overall stay was amazing . Quick check in and out . What concerned me was 1. The room we had booked wasn’t exactly what we got. Not saying it was a huge issue , but a small clarification into why we getting a different room than what was booked 2. Cleanliness was not top tier . I do highly appreciate the bed being made as we were all out but that’s about it . The floor remained the same with our hair from our flat irons and etc . Also having to go back downstairs to get more towels and a rug for the bathroom was a tad bit frustrating. Overall .. it’s a beautiful hotel . Nice and quiet

Great hotel, the location was very convenient. It is a ten minute ride from the airport. Walkable area with many restaurant options nearby. There is a nice 24hr grocery store across the street for any last minute toiletries or pharmacy items. The hotel has parking in the rear of the property. The room I stayed in was spacious and the bathroom was spotless. Friendly and helpful staff.
