This was our first time staying at a smaller, boutique hotel and we were so glad we did! Ola was lovely, staff were super friendly and the room exceeded our expectations. It was just what my husband and I needed for a quick getaway to San Juan. We loved the Museo de Arte, which was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the Olá boutique Hotel. Marco was the recepcionist working when we arrived and he was simply amazing. Super nice and helped us choosing places to visit on the island. Exceptional service quality. The only regret is to not have stayed longer. Would definitely come back.

Perfect location for the stuff we wanted to do. Restaurants and walking up to the beach and a very easy Uber to old San Juan. Less than a mile walk to the fancy hotels. Vanderbilt, concha, etc

Staff was really friendly and the best, really helpful and accommodating. Area was safe, walkable tourist spots. Only thing is that the ventilation system in the rooms were really bad, the fan in the bathroom would not do much so after every shower the whole bathroom would be wet for hours. But staff was really nice

Excellent customer service. It is a small locally owned hotel and i felt great spending money with the little " guy". This was our first time going to a small hotel, we usually stay in the big brand names. I am happy Ola Boutique Hotel was my choice. I will definitely be back. Then again Puerto Rico is my happy place.
