Parties are not allow. noises after 11.30 pm need to be reduced. Do to the energy problem of the island the guests has to switch off the A/C when out.

This rental was PERFECT for our group of two couples and our adult daughter! The listing is very accurate with its three beds and two full bathrooms. Our course the patio was our favorite spot for morning coffees and evening cocktails. We were able to walk to many local eateries and catch an uber to everyplace we wanted to go within 10 minutes! We felt right at home in this quiet neighborhood! One last thing…the host has excellent communication and was gracious to allow for early checkin! I will DEFINITELY book again and refer this property to my travel clients!
