It is a Self sustained property where all of the electricity is solar and the water comes from the rain and a well. It was designed for the enjoyment of individuals with a strong ecological interest and a need for peaceful coexistance with nature. There are 2 dogs in the property. They are very friendly. The property is completely alfresco with amazing views. No children under 16.

“Eco”

The “Eco” part means nothing works and is outdated. Diana The property manager was easy to communicate with, Awilda was the person who would go over and feed ten dogs and take our trash. She was also very nice. The property itself is falling apart. Literally. Location is amazing, getting there is another story. So if you don’t mind not having running water in every bathroom, or having no outlets in the rooms, you will be ok. Keep in mind you won’t have fans or AC either. You will NEED a 4x4. There’s a lot more I can say, but Diana and Awilda were both great.
