The room did not have enough lights. It was very dark at the mirror in the bathroom and in the living room. There was no shelf in the shower to place personal items. The breakfast had potential, but the eggs were overcooked every morning that we we there.

Our stay was wonderful! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel staff was accommodating and always smiling. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and how food was different each day. We would stay again!

The Beach is a 5-7 minute walk. This is a very nice place to stay. Authentic bars and restaurants all close by. Easy access to Old San Juan or Condado via UBER. Good breakfast buffet.

Breakfast service was poorly managed. Although it ends at 9:00 a.m., by 8:15 a.m. several items such as coffee, milk, bacon, and oatmeal were already unavailable and not replenished. The hotel charges a $99 daily resort fee that includes beach chairs and an umbrella; however, beach chairs were never available during our stay. There isn’t a sitting restaurant. Only a bar. Nothing for entertainment. Overall, the hotel lacks amenities, attention to detail, and timely service.

An excellent stay, breakfast was included, laundry facilities available for free, very spacious room. The proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops in Isla Verde was perfect. A $15 Uber ride to Old San Juan. Highly recommend staying at the Residence Inn.
