Nice place and clean. Very noisy from other guests. Small room but nice. Management very responsive with complaint of noise. Lots of entertainment and clubs in the area. Which means guest coming home late and causing a lot of noise. Doors slamming and hallway noise. Just be prepared.

I liked that the property was fairly quiet. It also seemed quite safe because there's a good lock system. But you can hear people in the room next to you. And there's a lot of traffic in the area. But the beach is 5 minutes walking distance which is really nice.

The place is nice and clean. Stocked with refreshments. Area is run down but has many amenities near. What I did not like is the you can hear thru the walls.

The property was very clean, but the noice was loud when someone opened the main door and walked down the hall. There was a small lobby with a coffee pot, but no cups to drink a cup, plus no glasses in the room for a drink.

My husband and I were very happy with our room. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and had everything we needed. We liked the communal area with extras that people may have forgotten (sunblock, lotions etc. ). Check in was easy and lots of restaurants in the area. Close to airport.

A great place to stay. The neighborhood around wasn't the greatest. The Bristol Cafe on the corner is an amazing place for breakfast.

We were looking for a place for one night close to the airport since we were heading to Rincon the next morning. Very cute boutique Hotel, clean, easy check in-check out, and parking on site. It is exactly as it was described, modern and spotless. The room was small but comfortable. It is a perfect distance from the beach, restaurants, the airport and excursions. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting San Juan or Isla Verde.

Nice but needs quality checks

The place was beautiful and easy to navigate however the lock to my fort was broken. Meaning i couldn’t leave until maintenance got there to fix it also i was a single woman in an unlocked room for hours unbeknownst to me.
