Staff was very courteous. The cleaning lady norma and Thaynie Reyes were very courteous and took care of our room with the most possible expectation. Check in and check out was simple and easy. The staff in the hotel were very informative when asked about the area of isla verde. Thank you.

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast area was nice and clean the food was good. The only thing we had problems with is the people who are responsible for cleaning the room never cleaned our room. We had to call downstairs for towels .we had to ask for water for the room. The next problem no one came to empty the garbage. They hold 450.00 on your card. But my room was never cleaned. Make that make sense.. My son had the same problem he call three times for service for his room.He ask to speak to a manager. He received free breafast. I received a bill.

The staff at the Royal Sonesta was top notch as were the pool and beach areas. The Club area was great, but the Club Rooms need a little spruce up. We slept without air conditioning as it was extremely loud.
