The hotel has a great location right in the beach, spacious hot tub, and big pool. It’s the only hotel with a bar/restaurant on the beach and the staff was great!

We have stayed at the resort many times over the years and always have a wonderful time. The facility is lovely, and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating. For some reason, however, we had to track down toilet paper, as though it was being rationed! And final note, I realize the spa is no longer owned by the hotel but their “ we don’t do butts“ massage policy is laughable.

We had a great time during our stay. The first night, we had dinner at Ocean Breeze and our waiter did an outstanding job. We don’t remember his name but he had curly hair and glasses. He gave us all types of recommendations and always with a smile on his face. Same with the waitresses at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is clean and very well kept. We totally recommend it!

The staff were courteous. The room was cozy. Some of the finishings in the bathroom were rusted and dated so the aesthetic was minimally tarnished. Overall good stay. Would recommend.

Room was ok. Chairs on balconies would be great. When checking in could not hear anything as there was a party by the bar area that is too close to check in. Had our bags and was hard to get through to the elevators with all the people standing in that area. Food was mid. Not great. Buffet was terrible. Price for gross food was sad. Beach area hard to get chairs and as soon as someone got off one and were going to take one the attendants were taking them away. Asked for more chairs and told they couldn’t put any more out. This was at 3 pm. Hotel staff was friendly. Housekeeping great.
