Decent stay over all… gets the job done. Our shower was clogged on our first night. We were informed someone had fixed it. On our last night it clogged again. Also didn’t get our room serviced on our last full day. Pool was relaxing, beach was fun, restaurants were pretty good

Lovely on the outside.

It’s a beautiful facility. The security is top notch. We saw a roach in the bathroom. This really discouraged us, as we find it to be an ultimate sign of unkempt nature and dirtiness. Further there was mold in the bathroom ceiling which exacerbated our allergies.

We love the Royal Sonesta and have stayed here many times. They had one of our favorite reaturants closed for renovations that is on the beach so it was a bit dissapointing. Hopefully our next stay they will be operating again.

Wow! Our family of four had a fantastic stay at the Royal Sonesta. I think the highlight for us was the people who worked there and every Puerto Rican we met outside of the hotel. Everyone was lovely and accommodating. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing time!

Beautiful property that looks like a tropical forest. Rooms were clean and service was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Negatives are limited seating at beach and limited seating with umbrellas at pool. Also, in spite of their fantastic ocean views, they do not have furniture on balconies and discourage sitting on balcony. Not sure why and it seemed to make little sense to have balconies that you can’t relax on. Also their WiFi is a real issue. It kept going out and when I called about it, I was told to walk around the room until I could get connection because too many people were apparently using it except it was a Sunday night and the hotel was not busy. If WiFi is important to you, this is difficult place for it.

Perfect long weekend with my best friends. Right on the beach, food was excellent, rooms were clean and comfy with awesome views. Will def be back.

I like safety around the property reason being i have been here twice but this time i reserved a room walking out to the pool area and my outdoor furniture outside my terrace area was disgusting very molded where i couldn’t enjoy sitting outside my room.

Great stay but I didn’t see them put chlorine in the pools at night which was alarming or during the they before folks hope in definitely need to keep up with that
