Enjoy the Caribbean in a central location. The apartment is cozy and is located in an emblematic area in the heart of Santurce. This place is one of the most popular areas of San Juan, near it you can find and enjoy a unique gastronomy in many restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. It is worth mentioning that the apartment is less than 15 minutes walk from the beach. It is also a 5-minute walk from pharmacies and fast food restaurants.

Santurce is known for its vibrant art scene (murals and museums), night life, authentic Puerto Rican food, and urban vibe

Start with breakfast or brunch on Calle Loiza, then take your time exploring the murals and shops.

Next head to the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico. Don't forget to visit the gorgeous sculpture botanical garden before leaving.

Join the crowds at La Placita for drinks and dancing in the streets, then finish the night with a cocktail at nearby La Penúltima.

The property has two separate apartments. The first-floor features two bedrooms. One has queen bed and a desk. The second room has a full and a bunk bed. A kitchenette, dining room, living room and a porch. The second apartment is upstairs. It features two bedrooms. Both with a queen bed. A living room, one bathroom and a kitchenette.

Santurce is very walkable (especially along Calle Loiza), although it's spread out. You may need to stop for a few cool drinks or cocktails along the way. At night, I'd recommend taking an Uber if you'll be walking more than a few blocks. And parking can be really tight in Santurce, so leave your car behind or park it in a garage.

Distance to the Airport or Old San Juan is 8-10 minutes. You can also walk 15 to Ocean Park Beach.

If you can't find parking on the street, drive two buildings forward and find the Salo building. There is parking on the side of the building or in the back.
