Studio has a QUEEN SIZE BED and little futon SOFA BED, nice flatscreen tv. Kitchen with all you need for your breakfast like: coffee maker, pot and pans, ect. Complex included pool, security, coin laundry.The main living room faces, where the ocean view and breeze will relax you while you lounge, watch tv or sleep on the futon couch. In front of the futon a smart tv.

For those that enjoy the fresh air, there is a ceiling fan over the dining table and a floor fan which can be set up anywhere. For those warmer days, you can close the windows and sliding door and the A/C in the rooms will cool down the place.

The clean functional small open kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, small refrigerator, glasses, plates, dining utensils, bottle opener and wine opener.

DISINFECTION STANDARDS: -We proud ourselves in our standards of cleanliness and have taken appropriate measures to ensure your safety by following the CDC guidelines. -We use cleaning products that meet EPA’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

-We ensure 48 hours have passed before cleaning for upcoming guest.

The building offers elevators, a 24-hour security and a small lobby area makes the building very private and safe and there is a pool Coin laundry is available for our guests.

You will never have to be bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located near the Luis Muñoz Marín international airport in Carolina, PR. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas. You do not need a car, you can use a UBER if you wish to go around.

Please remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. There will only be a limited amount of paper goods provided, shampoo and soap. Shopping is close by. CVS is just walking distance.
AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and a dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
