Room was horrific. I was laying in the bed under the sheets when I noticed black hairs and actual dirt on the sheets! I folded back the sheets and almost barfed. It was horrific. I am blonde. The sheets were covered in curly black hair! I had a fit and they gave us a new room. But we had to te load our suitcases and move. Asked for something to drink. They said we could walk to gas station down the road. I asked if it was safe. The lady said she always takes mace and her knife. Ok we will do without a soda or water! Vending machine had nothing Coke or Diet Coke.

Our stay was very nice but the room had no wash clothes for the shower, no cups for water and the parking situation is terrible. However, the front desk was friendly and accommodating and the room was very sufficient for the 5 of us. The front lobby was very nice and decorated for Christmas.

A/C did not work in our first room. Could not turn on bathroom light separately. It also turned on the main light which is not a good idea in the middle of the night. Could not get any hot water. Windows were so dirty we could not see out.

The check-in was not bad. The hotel is very aged, and little to no parking available. The area says it’s in the Arts District and nightlife is active until after 1a. The room was clean and served what we needed…sleep for a few hours before heading out. The staff was very nice and great checking in and out. I would not recommend it for families or longer than a day or two.
