Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please remove all food and perishable from fridge and studio. Wash all dish, cups, utensil and pan. Dry and store. Toss trash in receptacle in shed.
Turn off all appliances, tv ac and lock the door. Place key in lockbox and roll the combination. Check to see if door is locked and lockbox closed.
Close outside gate with the key and place key in lockbox. Scroll combo and confirm that gate is closed and lockbox is also.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Was perfect for our short get away. The hst is very responsive and communicated with us anytime we messaged her. The only thing I would recommend is bringing a pair of earplugs for sleeping. The coqui frogs are very noisy...i thought they were birds! I was just disappointed I couldnt find any of them cause I wanted to see one. LOL But it is cool because it sounds like your in a rainforest :) The location was good. Most places inlcuding the beaches and old san juan were about 20 min drive away. and other places were only 10 or 15 min. I would stay here again.
