Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Return one of the bluechips and key to the lockbox. Hang the P.R. Keychain in the hanger inside the villa. A $50 dollar fee per lost chip or key.
Please clean grill after each use. A brush and cleaning supplies are provided.
Wash sand off of any used beach items such as chairs, cooler, canopy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
