Our TV didn't work, shower was lukewarm, shower curtain rod was broke and laying on the floor when we arrived, walls were paper thin and you could hear everything, even in the next room. I asked for a partial refund the next morning and they refused saying we should have changed rooms. But, we stuck it out because it was late and we already had our stuff out and didn't want to go up to the front desk with our PJs on.

My stay was full of roaches, rowdy guests from the nightclub downstairs coming into the hotel because it’s not secure or attended and waking everyone up all night. No hot water either. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Very sweet staff. Certain amenities missing which surprised me, ie water glass in the bathroom, had to ask for a hair dryer. Please note there isn't an elevator, lobby on 2nd floor and single rooms on 3. The stairs were a challenge. At arrival staff helped get luggage to room but at check out, they were missing from the front desk.

The first room they put us in was already used by someone else, the rooms are very tiny, had to run the taps/shower for a long time to get hot water, walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the other rooms

Fabulous place! Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Dinner suggestions were perfect, just such nice people. Room was small but adequate and super clean. 2 thumbs up. The only thing that would make this better is an elevator, but we had help with our bags so it wasn't so bad. Will definitely stay here again. So close to everything and we walked to Condado Beach.

Room was smaller than I expected, very noisy room thin walls could hear the person next-door snoring all night, ghost staff after 7 PM, no refunds when I went to move out, I had paid for trip insurance $39 through Expedia now the hotel tells me they process what they have to, and I have to deal with Expedia who also has goast staff and no live personnel to speak to and I’m hanging with that refund.

This hotel is in walking distance to lots of great activities and food options. It’s in a great area and very pretty. The walls are quite thin so I’d recommend bringing ear plugs to block out outside noise!

Everything was great. Employees were the sweetest, the hotel is so beautiful and well decorated. The location is perfect. Right around the block there is a Walmart, Walgreens, IHOP, churchs chicken, Burger King (24/7) and Taco Bell. The beach is only 10 mins away. La Placita is a 5 min drive. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and modern. We felt safe walking the neighborhood and there were several places to eat close by. Be aware that there is a nightclub next door and music could be heard late into the night. It didn’t bother us but may bother someone who is sensitive to noise.
