In general we were happy with our stay for a girls trip. The house provided a pretty good space for hanging out (though the indoor furniture is not very comfy). We like to cook so we stayed in for dinner a few times, and found the kitchen a bit lacking, but we made it work. The neighborhood is all residential (mostly short term rentals), but it was nice to have a quick 5-minute walk to the ocean. It was ok

Property looks exactly like photos. Oven wasn't working and we didn't get instructions or assistance when I ask. Not enough plates, cups etc. Communication could have been better. Master bedroom closet A/C had no remote. Master bathroom closet drawer handles were broken. Water pressure was horrible (that may be a Puerto Rico thing). Pool is really small. We made the best of it.

Not what we expected

We recently stayed here and were not impressed, especially for the price that we paid.Upon checking in at 4pm, we came only to see cleaners still cleaning. We weren’t able to actually get into the unit until about 4:20 and then the maintenance guys showed up to fix a shower head that they couldn’t find and that took another 20-30 minutes before we were actually able to actually get settled. The pool was supposed to be cleaned on a certain day but we never seen a pool cleaner, and we didn’t mind that it was small but the water was so warm it was barely used. The back room has a pull out couch that says it can be used for a bed but didn’t have any linens or pillows, I searched everywhere looking for additional linens and was unable to find them, so I was forced to go purchase new linens, pillows and blankets. When I asked about this I was told “we do have linens for it” but nothing more as to where they were or why they weren’t accessible.There was an ac leak in one of the units forcing that room to not have ac for the evening, and then I was told can you send pictures. There was clearly a leak previous because the wall is stained and so they must have known about it.
