Bienvenido a Palmas Encantadas! Our cozy "home away home" condo. You will be within walking distance to the beautiful Playa Azul beach, Kioskos de Luquillo, the town plaza, restaurants, shops and music venues.

Luquillo PR is a perfect location to explore the east side of the Island.
You will be minutes to the El Yunque Rain Forest and the Carabalí Adventure Park. Also the Bioluminescent bay and the ferries for Culebra and Vieques Island is about a 30 min drive.

Palmas Encantadas is equipped with every possible detail to make for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Other things to note:

The building has 24/7 security, a power generator for elevators, hallways lights and for water cistern.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check to make sure all appliances are turned off. Air Conditioner, TV, Stove and any lights in the studio.
Take trash out to the garbage bin in the Trash Room.... (on same floor) located slight left across the studio.

Rules

Rinse off beach sand before returning into the apartment. Foot rinse is in the trash room (across the apartment door) located on the same floor.
Don't hang wet clothes, towels, etc. on the balcony or furniture. Use drying cloth line in the bathroom. Guest will be fined $100 if in violation.
Don't use the A/C when the STORM SHUTTERS are closed (in the case of a bad weather). Turn off the A/C if going out for long periods of time.
