Ideal for a couple to have fun of the area amenities and walking distance to hospital, supermarket, restaurants, hotels, casinos, pharmacies, boutiques, beach water sport and bike rental. A 10 to 15 minute drive to Plaza Las Américas Shopping Mall, Mall of San Juan, Montehiedra Outlets, Convention Center and Old San Juan City.
One full Murphy bed, counter top dining for two, refrigerator, microwave, sofa, 42 inch TV, wifi, Roku, bathroom, closet, one fan, air conditioning, beach chair, towels, cooler, pool and a washing and drying area at the Condo. Two Elevators with a key to your floor.
