Welcome to our cozy Studio Beach Apartment, just a 3-minute walk to the stunning Isla Verde Beach in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Perfect for up to 4 guests, this retreat features a Queen-sized bed, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a Smart TV with Wi-Fi for your entertainment.
Please note: The building has a power generator for common areas (elevator and hallways), but not for individual apartments. We are not liable for electricity outages. Your beach escape awaits!

Here you can access the pool deck in the building. It is available from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. There is a laundry room in every floor. The Beach is really close, just 3 minutes walking distance.
