The room was full of mold on the walls, air vents. Leaking shower heads. Furniture stained with cup marks and fabric all stained. Rooms were dirty and balcony door didn’t close properly. Room door had to be slammed shut in order to close. The property is very run down and not worth the almost 300$ a night rate.

The property was very clean, big, and all the staff were so nice. I loved that the pool area stayed open late. Loved the convenience, so many places were walking distance from the hotel. I didn’t like that the food and drinks were overpriced, the gift shop in the hotel is high way robbery. I paid $16 for pain pills. The hotel room was okay feel like it could be more updated, and the balcony walls and exterior was really dirty. The room door and the balcony doors slam really loud. I wasn’t a fan of the private beach. Way too many shells in the sand. The water sports were closed for my stay.

Amazing resort! Has 3 pools, friendly and welcoming staff, and clean. The room bathrooms are amazing, just wish the room itself was more modern, either way 8.5/10 stay

The property was ok, the rooms were ok, weird how microwave and coffee machine are in the bathroom. The real problem was the staff, sadly they stole from my room a MK bathing suit, I called and asked front desk and they just said that House Keeping didn't know anything. It was evident someone had gone through our things. So from that point we said no more housekeeping. The lady in the pool was rude, unfriendly, made a big deal because I took a towel from the pool to my room because my daughter was wet. There really is no service, complete lack of customer service. The only real service was Malik in concierge, he was our saving grace and gave us a ton of advise on what to do in the Island. I expected real service, but it was lacking. Now the Elevators were a real problem, they didn't work half the time, would not stop at the floors so we found ourselves using the stairs a lot. Not my best experience. I did not feel welcomed in any way shape or form. They need to take a class in service. Over all location was good, walking distance from a lot of places, Uber picked up with no problem. During my recent stay at The Condado Plaza Hotel, my guest and I encountered a series of issues that significantly impacted our experience. Upon check-in, we entered our assigned room to find the floor flooded due to a leak from the adjacent room. We were not offered a different room and had to move our luggage ourselves to prevent water damage. That same evening, after returning from dinner, we found ants scattered across the floor. The bed lacked a proper fitted sheet, which made it uncomfortable to sleep, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud when operating. On the second day, we left the hotel at 8:30 a.m. for a scheduled excursion and returned around 6:00 p.m. While fresh towels had been placed in the room, the bed was not made, and other issues remained unaddressed. Several lighting fixtures, including the bedside lamps and the main backdrop lighting in the bedroom, were not functional. In addition, many of the TV channels were unavailable, and no explanation was provided. The room itself was dated and did not reflect the quality one would expect from a property in this price range. As part of our booking, we paid for daily breakfast throughout our three-night stay. However, the breakfast options were very limited. This visit was intended to be a special celebration for my birthday. While Puerto Rico itself was wonderful, the hotel experience fell far below expectations. Based on my stay, I would not recommend this property to other travelers.
