This hotel has it for the AMAZING views, the pools and the walkable night life. That’s it. The rooms themselves are falling apart. I had to switch 3x within my stay due to room issues. Mainly the key card. The battery packs on the doors kept “dying” and had to be changed multiple times for each room. Extremely frustrating to have to continuously be switched throughout your stay due to room issues. 1st room the balcony door was so old I had to yank it shut to close it, I also had to clean the room especially the bathroom when I arrived. They told me unfortunately no one would be available to “properly” clean the room until the next day. The sofas in the room are dirty and stained as well. Shortly after the battery pack on my door blew out. They told me I could go out but coming back in would be an issue. They transferred me to room 2. Room too also had battery issues for their door. The rooms curtains were hanging off the rod/ tracks curtains had mold and the bed light was pushed in exposing the inside. Another light had to be replaced. It’s almost as if they neglect the actual maintenance of the rooms, they just “clean” and move on. I ended up getting locked out of this room after coming from the hot tub and had to walk all the way back to the front desk to have them send up security to fix the door. 3rd room they claimed to give me an “upgrade” they just moved me to a higher floor. At this point I gave up. There were damages to this room as well. Wouldn’t recommend.

This place was great except for the fact that only one elevator was working, looking back at YouTube, this is an on going issue with the same elevator being down for months. Other than that the staff was super friendly, the pools were clean and beautiful and our stay was great!

Never again!

Only 1 elevator worked. So you would have to line up every time just to go to your room. None of the vending machines worked since they were all full with cash. It’s 2025 they should be able to take cards or get them serviced regularly. Was so thirsty couldn’t even get water from the hotel so I had to DoorDash water to me. The mini fridge was not cold enough, my breast milk went to waste. Had to buy formula for my breast fed baby and he was having difficulties with that, money wasted. Sheets has stains. Couldn’t do laundry in their laundry room because the coin exchange machine didn’t end work. There is clearly no upkeep of this place for all the money they charged. I prefer to go to the Marriott or Sheraton and spend the extra money there.
