This is one of my favorite hotels ever! So much charm and artistic character. THE BED WAS AMAZING!! Best hotel mattress I've ever slept on. We arrived late from the airport and the two gentlemen at the front desk were courteous, kind, and accommodating. They really made our experience wonderful. This property is SO CUTE! first of all, the hotel has so much character. all the rooms are different and there’s so much to look at. The staff were super nice and hospitable!! the AC in my room was perfect, the bed was comfortable, and it’s in a great location in old san juan. The birds and the rooftop bar are the cherry on top. i would 100% book again. ❤️❤️

The location was great in old San Juan, the staff were pleasant, the owner was very nice, the upstairs bar was busy and the downstairs bar was great! The musicians were really good as well, the downside was the pool was closed, the music across from the hotel in La Perla played all night the music permeated throughout our 2 rooms all night!
