The Mural at San Juan is located in the heart of Santurce, one of the trendiest neighborhoods in San Juan. We are within walking distance from eclectic coffee shops, restaurants, street murals, and the famed Lote 23. We are a few minutes' drive to Old San Juan, Condado, La Placita, Choliseo, Plaza Las Americas, Distrito T-Mobile & Coca-Cola music Hall and some of the best beaches in the area. There is a bus stop within close walking distance that connects you to the city.

Additionally, the premise is gated and we offer free parking.

The space
The Mural at San Juan 102 is a modern apartment great for couples, families and friends looking for the perfect retreat in Puerto Rico. Its location and amenities make this place unique.
This spacious unit includes:

Great pre-cruise stay!

Let’s level set: this is not a fancy place. But, what it does offer is a very clean space that’s in a good location to explore San Juan and the island. It has assigned parking, which is plus in this area. It was clean, comfortable beds, and the AC worked great in all the rooms. The kitchen is adequately stocked for a vacation rental. The area has several restaurants within walking distance (go to Abracadabra for brunch!). There’s also a really good grocery store within walking distance (Pueblo). At first I could understand guests being worried about the area however we never felt unsafe and walked a lot (to eat, grocery shop,etc.). But we also lived in NYC for 3 years. The host is quick to respond. Check-in and out was easy. This met our needs for our short stay.
