The photos of the rooms online look a lot cleaner than the actual property, we had stains on the beds and as we looks around the floors weren’t taken care of the best and the walls and ceilings looked not to clean either. Upon further inspection we found multiple cockroaches dead and alive, along with spiders. We contacted the customer service about these issues and they said they would arrange for us to stay somewhere else without a refund though, and they never got back to us, which forced us to stay at the property. They also changed my price of the room, I reserved the room when it was about $100 a night, when I got my pricing details they started charging me $150 - $160 a night that wasn’t including the taxes and fees. Making my stay much more expensive than we were planning. The location of the place isn’t terrible it’s near a good beach and a few restaurants and a supermarket which was very nice when we weren’t renting a car.

Unfortunately I did not receive the room i booked. Got 2 beds instead of 3 and a broken couch. Thankfully there was AC in every room as described. We appreciated that it was nice and cool when we checked in. There was restaurants and coffee shop walking distance, so that was nice. Property is located in a residential area, wouldn’t really recommend you walking late at night. Overall, had a good stay.

I did not enjoy this stay. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. There was too much background noise. At least it was pretty clean. But the windows and screens looked old. The door did not close properly and felt unsafe.

My first interaction with the management of this location was to ask about a late check-in as we were landing at 1am. We were forced to book a whole other night for a few hours. Fine. Then, the day before our check-in, I had to reach out to the property to find out what was going on because I haven't heard from them, nothing had been communicated or anything. The room booked was a queen room and was NOT how it was pictured and advertised. It felt like a cell block with NO windows, a small dingy bathroom and not a single surface to place any personal belongings. The dehumidifier was emptied by myself about six times during the stay and knob to the shower was found under the sink, after the fact. The bed felt like stacked blankets, though I know it wasn't because the bed sheet kept coming off and I had to keep fixing it. It sank-in at the middle of the bed and my wife and I kept sinking into it while sleeping, making it SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. Whichever "cleaning" staff was on would leave the supplies laying around blocking stairs and passageways. We left the room mid day and returned at night to find the same supplies laying in the same spots along with garbage bags. The location wasn't bad, its on a dead end street and there was decent street parking. Not far from a lot so access to the island was pretty easy. My wife and I feel like we got catfished with this stay... it's good for young persons who plan to only sleep there and do nothing else in their room.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The biggest issue was the fact that water was literally dripping onto my bed all night—it felt like Chinese water torture, making it impossible to sleep. On top of that, the room had huge gaps in the door, allowing light from the hallway to shine in all night, which only added to the discomfort. The bathroom had no windows or fans, leading to poor ventilation, and the towels provided were already damp, which was unpleasant. Overall, this stay was far from restful, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless serious improvements are made.

Staff is not available or seen on premises. I didn't receive my code to check in until 3:44pm, check in time is at 3pm. According to instructions I was supposed to receive this code at 2:30pm. This suite is run down bathroom lights wasn't working. Walls are due for a repatch and paint job. Door locks are broken you cant tell if you door is open or locked. They are rundown and need an overall upgrade. Towels and bed linens are also worn and dingy.
