Our neighborhood, Colinas Del Yunque, is a small family oriented area. This area is known for its breath taking views of El Yunque Rain Forest. It is a short drive into the National Park, local rivers for swimming, and much more. Since this is a family oriented neighborhood, please be mindful of noise and street parking especially after dark.

I would recommend renting a car as public transportation and Uber are not always available here. But be assured the roads here are well lit and easy to navigate. We are happy to provide information about getting around and finding local hot spots.

Beautiful property. Lots of space for our family of 7. We loved sitting outside in the morning and getting in the hot tub in the evening. We had every amenity we could dream of. The only downside was the bottom of the driveway is like a ditch and our rental van did not like that drop at all. Otherwise it was the perfect spot of our family and we would rent again:
