This was a great and beautiful experience! At first a little disappointed that the pool was under construction. BUT we had access to Vivo Beach Club via the hotel’s shuttle service. The Beach Club was amazing! Great food, drinks, people, music and vibe! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel was just meh…. Bed was ok. Anybody opening and closing doors in the hallway was so loud and kept us up all night. We paid for rooms with balconies and couldn’t even go on our one balcony because construction - we shouldn’t have to pay the same amount. Handle on the shower broke off, massive stains on the carpets, and didn’t have cold water in the sink.

Pictures and place don’t match! In the pics they make everything look so nice but the reality is the carpets have huge stains, some of the couches in the lobby are also stained and need to be replaced. Super tiny restrooms. The actual hotel pool was closed but they gave us access to a private beach pool with free shuttle till 6pm! The staff was amazing. Overall it’s a decent hotel that’s being transitioned into a Hyatt. Really feel like a got scammed for the damn price I paid!

This was hands down my worst experience, and the fact that they charged me it's just unbelievable. I have videos and pictures of the conditions this people kept me in that room, I'm definetly gonna be looking into get a refund.

Terrible and please don’t book. Hotel is under construction and that is not informed anywhere at the time of the booking. Too noisy, the pool is out of service. The current rooms open are too small and really old. Room has poor illumination, bathroom way too small. Way too expensive for the type of rooms they are offering!
