Beautiful place close to the lake

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. The terrace has an unmatched view over the land and lake, there‘s a nice breakfast place with shade, a barbecue, swings for the kids, a pool big enough to cool down pleasantly, and two friendly but not too intrusive cats live in the shed next to the house. It‘s close to the beautiful lake, in Bolsena are restaurants,very good icecream and a Coop, you can rent boats in Capodimonte, but you can also drive to the seaside or to beautiful cities like Orvieto o Pitigliano. Luigina is a lovely and kind person, she was amazingly helpful and sorted any problem without delay.

2 Wochen Ferienhaus...

Das FH liegt am Ende einer eigenen beschrankten Zufahrtstrasse. Diese ist ziemlich steil, aber gut befestigt. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber und soweit gut ausgestattet - wir haben nur eine Waschmaschine (für Wäsche) vermisst. Die Räume liegen in einer Reihe - d.h. um aus dem Schlafzimmer ins WC zu kommen muss man durch das Wohnzimmer und das Esszimmer gehen - wir waren nur zu zweit und so hat uns das nicht gestört - wenn das Wohnzimmer aber zB. als Kinderschlafzimmer genutzt wird, wäre das zu bedenken. Die Außenanlagen und der Aufstellpool wurden täglich von Renzo gepflegt - dementsprechend guter Zustand. Wenn man die Pflanzen selber gießt, würde das auch 1 x in der Woche reichen ;) Für den Hund das reinste Paradies! Man ist in 10 min. mit dem Auto in Bolsena oder San Lorenzo - einzig die Strasse war manchmal etwas laut zu hören. Für 2 Personen samt Hund ist das Haus eine klare Empfehlung!
