Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Brand new spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with a contemporary design and panoramic hillside views. Located just minutes from Downtown San Luis Obispo, and only a short walk to great restaurants and coffee shops!
The space
The house is tri level with the kitchen and living room on the second level and the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the third level. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and luxurious bathroom with a large shower. The second room has a queen bed and closet. The third room has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together and converted to a full size bed with a mattress topper that can be found in the closet. There is also another full size bathroom upstairs along with a laundry area. The big couch on the main level can be turned into a couch bed as well. The kitchen is nice and big and open with brand new modern appliances. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need to host a dinner party including games that can be found in the living room cabinet. Cozy up next to the big fireplace that can turn on with the switch of a button. Enjoy the views with the patio chairs outside of the living room!
