Our room had a great view. We really enjoyed the balcony. The room was big, the shower pressure was fantastic. The beds were soft. I don’t have any complaints about this place. Can’t wait to stay here again.

The woman at the front desk was very nice and gave me a nice room with a view. The room was bigger than I expected and had a balcony with a view of the rock :) it was super clean and felt safe. I would recommend it!

It seems that the property had been recently remodeled so it looked better than expected. Prior to arriving, the property contacted us to ask us when we’d be checking in and we gave them a two hour window. When we arrived, check in was locked but we texted them and they arrived within ten minutes. Service needs were communicated via text message after check in. This location is on Main and is a 7 min walk downhill to the Embarcadero so that was very convenient and a nice jaunt. It’s also close to the freeways. The AC wasn’t great. But the main issue we had was with the upstairs guests. On night two, they were stomping and running all over the floor like Frankenstein’s monster at 3am for 10 minutes. Fortunately, it stopped. But the next evening it happened again and it was terrifying- and I live in the concrete jungle so I don’t say this lightly. A woman was screaming and there was a fight in addition to all the stomping and scurrying about. The sounds of alcohol abuse. We texted the office and sent videos but we received a bounce back message with a local number to call after hours. We called and they said they’d call the room. Nothing more from upstairs after that but it’s a terrible way to be woken up when you’re on vacation and paying money for something you’d call the police for back home. While it was affordable, the next time I visit the area, I’ll shell out some extra money to avoid the riffraff and perhaps have an employee on the premises.
