The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff was courteous and went out of their way to accommodate my early check in request. The problem was the bed. The mattress was a good combo of soft and support but the sheet didn't even reach the end of the bed. The second sheet was sheets quilted together with no padding and a valance around the edge. Needless to say neither of them stayed tucked in so I spent the entire night battling balled up lumpy sheets. Add to that the fact that the big ac unit, while fairly quiet, blows right across the bed and there are no louvers to redirect the airflow. Put that all together and it was a really miserable nights sleep. If those issues can be fixed I would definitely stay there again. Until then, not so much.

Breakfast was good. Worst food staff was slow is repleshing and somewhat rude. Towards the last 45 min. they never refilled some entrees. We were assigned a room next to the highway. Told the lady we wanted to be moved. She responded they haven't had people complain about the rooms next yo the highway. She said they were booked full and had no rooms available. Check in is 4;00. We were there at 3;40. How could there be no rooms!!! Don't be lied to.

Done with this place, I used to stay about every 2

I had used Hotels dot com to get a reservation, the front desk charged me twice. When i pointed out that I had paid through the other site, she said that i wouldn't be charged both. Well she lied, and I have paid twice without any resolution.
