Staff super helpful. We have a 9ft tall Sprinter van, not the easiest to find hotel parking for. They assured us there would be a spot on premises and there was. Our kid just started Cal Poly, super close to college and downtown. Totally walkable if you're into that. On a side note, breakfast was a full buffet with bacon, sausages, eggs, potatoes, cereals, etc. They actually had staff there making waffles. Who does that?! 10 out of 10 stars.

Not the cleanest hotel and even with the updates the room had broken items such as wall towel holder, disconnected from the wall, bathroom door was dirty, walls look dirty. This hotel would not be a top pick again. The staff though were fantastic, friendly and accommodating when needing to change rooms due to a/c unit sounding like a compressor.

Our stay was good! There was some construction going on. But other than that staff was ok. The hotel was clean. Our room was nice an comfy. The breakfast was simple but delicious.
