Disappointed

We stayed here once before and had an amazing time. Sadly this trip was not the same. Our room was not ready when we arrived. We were told it would take 30 more minutes, so we went to the beach. We came back an hour later and it was still not ready. I think I would be able to overlook all that, but the man at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and looked visibly annoyed when we returned and he had to go up to check our room. I don’t think we would return.

nice area close to the Embarcadero and galleries. Professional and attentive front desk staff. Beautiful artwork on the walls embracing the birding enthusiasts. The breakfast room is spacious and a warm breakfast and hot coffee awaits. Great breakfast staff! Thanks so much.

The hotel was comfortable and as clean as it could be with older carpet in the room. It is definitely in need of updating. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was part of the booking, however it was a very sparse offering and quite disappointing. The hotel location was excellent for walking for dining and shopping options close to the waterfront. Parking was available at the hotel.

Perfect for families

We have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here in the future! We had our three small children (including one with special needs) so we stayed in the family room. It is perfect for families who want the comfort of home away from home. The room is clean and updated. The hot breakfast in the morning is just what we need to get the day started. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had a great stay and are looking forward to our next stay!
