Came in late & got a great room. Even got extra blankets brought up. No breakfast on site though, but room was clean & comfortable.

The place is a construction zone with saws and hammers even on the weekend. Room was ok but DO NOT stay here if you have alternatives. Additionally the rate is a rip off given conditions at the property.

This property is the worst one I have stayed at in San Luis Obispo. The beds were uncomfortable, the furniture was falling apart and the bathtub had mold around it. You could use either the microwave or the fridge but not both due to the plugs and outlets, nothing a simple power strip wouldn’t fix.
