Rooms were very clean and location is a 5 min. walk to the waterfront with shopping and restaurants. Viki in the office was so nice to us. She made it very easy to book a second night as we decided to extend our stay and provided great information all about the area. Will definitely stay here again.

We reserved a room, to find out the room was double booked and they moved us to a nearby sister property that was a vacation rental. The place was nice size but the room initially smelled of heavy paint, only to realize the under tone scent was heavy curry. The couch for the tv/sitting was on a futon with a thick metal frame that we could feel under us… not comfortable. the new room with $10 less rate was not at all comparable, so we are very disappointed with our stay by any means.

Small basic hotel conveniently located on Main St and only a couple blocks from restaurants and bars. Clean room, walk in shower, fridge, microwave and drip coffee maker at a good price.

View of Morro Rock. Very clean. Mattress was old & really sagged on my side. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 2night stay, which was surprising. Motel is old, but taken care of. Adequate parking in their lot.

The room was clean and quaint. The heater worked great, and while there was no AC, the ceiling fan and box fan kept things comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean and well-maintained. The rooms are small, but perfect for one or two people—three would fit, but it would be a bit snug. The location is great, within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and coffee spots. The lady at the front desk was very kind and friendly.

Staff was 5 stars. Location 5 stars. Price was 5 stars. Room was 3! Room had a strong order of cleaning chemicals! Remodeling of the room downstairs and Nextdoor to us was so loud.. so much for sleeping in. Pillows was flat, good thing I brought my own. Parking was easy and free.
