The hotel itself is adequate for anyone looking for a convenient place to stay for a night or two. Just don't expect anything fancy or charming - this is basically an upgraded Motel 6. For some people, that's fine, but some of the reviews I read are simply misleading. Yes, it seems quiet because it's away from town and yes, there's a school nearby. But it's also right next to the freeway and the area around isn't exactly awe-inspiring. Rooms are just okay - good for a shower and a good night's sleep. Just don't expect any kind of ambiance you might find closer to the waterfront.

The hotel was close to the shops and the beach; I didn’t have to drive far to get where I wanted to go. The room itself was comfortable but needed updated furniture and decor as it looked a bit run down. The hotel was very noisy and the walls were pretty thin because you could hear conversations from the room next door. Early one morining, someone was arrested right outside my door so obviously, I didn’t enjoy experiencing that. Overall, the room was just ok and I most likely will not choose this hotel again in the future.

The owners were nice. I didn’t like that the manager got into verbal confrontation with housekeeper , trying to talk her into cleaning another room! The amenities were skimpy not presentable at all the shampoo in little bottles are out People, nevertheless I felt safe

Booked the luxury suite which was 2 rooms separated by 2 doors. Room 1 with 2 queens had a broken down bed and non working fridge. Room 2 had a very small fridge and small microwave, 2 hair dryers in the bathroom with one broken, and a gaping hole where the bathroom vent was. The provided soap is of very poor quality.
