When I check in the person at the desk didn’t inform me that the water wasn’t getting hot once I checked in I noticed 2 hrs later when I went to take a shower I relize the water wasn’t hot went to front desk to relized there was no actual person I had to talk to a person threw a machine this person told me to just go back to room and talk to the manager in the morning they will refund me my money when I went to talk to her she refused to refund me my full amount she said just half I find this not acceptable because I should of been told that the water wasn’t getting hot

Poor quality cable

Room was fine, staff are nice and friendly.the motel could use a better cable provider or package deal . Hard to find out with poor guide what is on . They must have Bought the cheapest cable package deal and used the worse cable provider.

It was Motel 6 after all… so if you don’t mind sketchy people hanging around, loud thumping footsteps above you all night, and hearing every shower from the next room, then it’s fine. Personally, it felt gross and not worth sticking around for—I ended up leaving early.

I could hear the room next to me and their TV. I feel the walls between rooms could have been better insulated. I had a friend drop me off to stay at my room. The next morning I got up to WALK to breakfast nearby, I stopped in at the office to ask where was the nearest restaurant. They told me it was around two miles away from there. I have a left knee that is bone on bone. So I decided to not eat breakfast! Not the end of the world, I survived but if I was to be without a car again I would stay somewhere else. I felt the mattress it a little uncomfortable.

It was fine. It was nice for a Motel 6. Happy there was a microwave and refrigerator. The sink isn't in the bathroom, which is yucky. The carts in the morning are noisy on the ground floor. Late check out is usually only extended to 30 minutes. Nice place in the hotel circle next door to The Courtyard Marriott.

Service was good, the room could have been cleaned a little better, had spider webs in a few areas, cockroach eggs in plain sight, plus had a lizard crawl in our room, due to not having a guard or cover plate on the bottom of the door, thankfully we didn’t get a visit from something bigger like a snake, since the room was close to an undeveloped area.

The room had a very nasty smell like an animal was dead inside. When i called the front desk the rep was so rude very bad attitude . I went to the office to request a different room. The night was horrible a couple upstairs fought , argued all night long like they were drugged or drunk . No security guards, no employees present. It was a horrible experience. Never again , I guess it’s true what they say “ you get what you pay for “ it wasn’t that cheap to have that experience.
