We stayed with our two little kids and our dog. The stay was very pleasant—we used the hot tub and the fire pit outside, both were well-maintained and fun to use. The reason we gave only 4 stars is that the room's floor wasn't very clean—it seems like it was swept, so no visible dirt, but after a couple of minutes walking with socks, you got them full of dust, which was not very pleasant, especially with kids.

Clean and quiet. No complaints other than the laughable water "pressure" in the shower. Otherwise, a completely adequate and pleasant stay. Nothing special, really, but we didn't need anything special - just a clean, quiet place to sleep.

I made a single reservation for three rooms, but somehow the online receptionist insisted that it got reserved as three separate bookings and that I should room deposit for three rooms as separate transactions, and this led my credit card to block the transactions as fraud. I requested to combine the rooms into single reservation and combine deposit but the online receptionist could not do it. This whole check in with online person was frustrating and the connection errored out 2-3 times. This whole process took upto 30 min and not smooth. The rooms are decent but there was no room service during our stay. The fire pit does not work, it is the first grand image that shows up for this place and it does not work....

Ugh, pet hair everywhere! They just stick people with and without pets in the same rooms, no separation. I even told the front desk I'm allergic, and they still gave me a room full of pet hair.
