The stable is a great motel walkable to downtown Paso Robles. With clean rooms and island with a couple fire pits good coffee in the morning. That all keeps me coming back to this place.

Very clean and cute room + fun “lobby” with fireplace, books, coffee. Complementary smores kits and outside gas fire pits. Fantastic location… walk easily to downtown.

We have stayed here 5 or 6 times. This time the room felt tired. Hook I bathroom room was dangling off the wall. Heater was unbearably loud. It kept us up all night. This was the first time my wife and I questioned our choice of staying there.

gorgeous, quaint, adorable with every amenity you could possibly need. everything worked as it should. smores were delicious, fire pits were lit. Rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained. The snacks and water/tea/coffee available in the tack room was so nice.

Clean, cute room, nice finishes and a lovely cosy bathrobe to wrap up in. This is a small inn with individual chalet style rooms, within a couple of minutes drive to downtown Paso. Great value for a weekend away in the wine country.

This is always our first choice when staying in Paso. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, it’s nice to wind down after a long day and sip wine by the fire pits. We love how close it is to town and the fact that they are dog friendly seals the deal!

It was a clean well decorated room. Only draw back was the size. In #8 it had a king bed, only one chair and no solid place to open an average suitcase. The fire pits were nice reason to get out of the small room. Thankfully, rain did not require us to stay in doors. Location good as well. It was three blocks to the town square and restaurants.

We arrived at 5:25 and there was a noye on the office that said be back at 6:05. I texted and didn't get any response so we walked to dinner. We got a call during dinner and she seemed very put out that her break had been interrupted and we weren't there. When we got back from dinner she still acted like we put her out. The location is great and the room was fine. We didn't feel comfortable around the other guests who all stared at us when we plugged in pur electric vehicle. Loved that we could charge but didn't like feeling guilty for driving an EV.
