The Agrarian Hotel review

I thought that the hotel itself was beautiful, well cared for (except the coffee maker in the lobby) and I loved relaxing in the spa and my bed was really comfortable. I didn’t like the way the hotel front attendant treated me or my mom, he seemed like he was inconvenienced when asked for things like the hotel WiFi code, gave short answers like it’s the name of the hotel. He also didn’t make an effort to fill us in on the amenities of the hotel and offer information about things to do in the area.

Newer hotel, good size rooms, tastefully furnished, great location for Lopez Lake, wine tasting and good selection of restaurants steps from the front door, lovely downtown area, friendly staff ( thank you Sean). Highly recommended.

Bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful when refrigerator in room not working. Since maintenance had left for day I could store my items in staff refrigerator which worked fine for me. Quiet, safe neighborhood. I have stayed before and would not hesitate to return. Breakfast went until 10 which I liked!

Best hidden gem!!!!

This hotel is new and feels like a warm, cabin in the woods. Our room was spacious with high ceilings and a balcony! I love being able to open the door and get fresh air! Bed and pillows were super comfy, shower water pressure very good(not a misty spray like most hotels), and the free breakfast was a little better than your average hotel breakfast. Everyone we met was very nice and down to earth, especially Rosa at the front desk. She really made our stay special with her warm welcome and personality. We will stay here often as we come through Arroyo Grande a lot. Glad we found this place, it's much better than the old places on the cliffs or any vrbo we've tried.
