Love the location. Located in downtown Arroyo Grande. Walkable to plenty of restaurants, bars and a cool brewery. The rooms were pretty big. Bed was alright. Pillows could be comfier.

Really great hotel in a wonderful location. There are two wineries a block away and many restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel is clean with nice large rooms and we have found the staff very friendly both times we’ve stayed. They also offer a complimentary happy hour during the week!

Great New Find

From the minute we drive up to the hotel to when we left was a wonderful stay at Agrarian. Staff exceptional, warm greeting at checkin to Happy Hour where I bought a bottle of local wine to enjoy later at home. Our room was as we requested, quiet location with extra blanket and towels. We plan to return for another stay in the summer.

We were not there long but it felt much different and safer than many of the hotels on the beach. It just felt a bit classier. the rooms did not have beach views as it is inland on a lovely street with nice little cafes, coffee places and shops. Great place to window-shop or just shop and eat/drink.

Would 100% stay again

Lovely room. Clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. Cute balcony. Room had a fridge and coffee maker. Also had ironing board, iron, hair dryer and safe. Easy parking. Easy check in. It’s at the end of a very cute but small downtown area. We enjoyed the antique stores and shops.

The room was nice, I liked the jetted tub and soft temperpedic-type mattress. I didn’t like that the mini fridge kept making noise off and on, and the room doors close so hard, it’s really loud when other guests would come and go.
