El hotel se encuentra en una zona privilegiada y tranquila, las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y muy limpias, me toco estar en unos días en que el hotel estaba bastante lleno, agregué desayuno a mi reservación y es la primera vez que me toca entrar al restaurante en horario establecido y sin alimentos, agotados y el personal no resurte, dan excusas y te dejan sin desayunar aunque ya lo hayas pagado, pésimo servicio, es la primera vez que elijo este hotel y no volvería, yo iba con citas programadas y ya no daba tiempo de salir a buscar desayuno en otro lugar, cero empatía y sobre todo ya pagado.
