This place was nice. The area was nice and felt safe. The ac was not as strong as I like, and the bed felt too firm for my comfort. Parking was difficult and easy to hear loud noises from the nearby street in the room late at night. The big plus was the location.

Está siendo remodelada, tiene muchos servicios para hacer tu estancia cómoda, el buffet del restaurante, servicio de alberca, spa, entre otras cosas. Las instalaciones las mantienen muy limpias. Es muy céntrico y a los alrededores están tiendas y restaurantes.

This hotel has always been a good experience but last time I checked in the air conditioning was not working they told me the whole hotel ac was out and all they could do is bring me a fan I was very disappointed.

Hotel bien situado entre la parte histórica y tequis. Con buen acceso a las mejores partes de la ciudad. Zona segura. Las habitaciones cumplen, pero por no tener, no tienen ni cafetera. Necesita un poco renovarse. La sala fitness necesita reparaciones, y la piscina le vendría bien que estuviera algo más caliente dado que en altura siempre tira viento. Tiene buffet por las mañanas.
