The location is great and the beds are clean, however the rest of the apartment needs major cleaning on the ceiling and kitchen. I found a nasty dirty sponge still in the sink for washing the dishes. They claim to have a washer and dryer. The washer worked fine but after 2 1/2 hours of drying we had to lay all of our clothes out in the bedroom to dry. They need 2 washers and 2 dryers. I tried calling the apartment owner the day before our arrival and never got ahold of them. The next day we ended up in the street with our luggage for over 2 hours trying to get the apartment owners and VRBO to contact them. We got a hotel for that night and finally got out apartment for the few days we were there!
