Nice stay! All new, clean room, great accommodations, very friendly staff. Laundry room was a gem- had to wash our kids softball uniforms and vet convenient and new. Also, great area close to everything you need!

The place was new and clean. The staff was very kind and friendly. They didn’t have any irons which is problematic for travelers that need to iron. It was very sterile with no decor in the room and the bed was very low but it was very comfortable. Love that it has a kitchen area!

This is a bare bones accommodation literally which doesn't hurt my feelings at all. Bring your own stuff - no dishes or cookware or conditioner - but you have towels, shampoo and soap, dishwasher and dishwasher towel and soap, bedding is light but it's San Antonio. I appreciated the quiet, clean, new room.

The fire alarm went off at midnight and there was no one staffing the front desk to assist. The lights are wonky. The elevator didn’t work going down from the 4th floor. Pros: the room was clean and seemed brand new.

This is a new facility and truly is extended stay because there are no amenities like a hotel so do not expect that. The room floor, tub, and toilet was dirty and had to have them clean again. The bed sheets are thin as papers if you stay here being your own own and sheets.

On checkout morning, we woke 26 minutes past the 11:00 a.m. deadline and immediately called to inquire about booking another night. Rather than being given a chance to complete payment, Assistant Manager Rudy demanded we vacate within 10 minutes and threatened to call the police. We had been quiet, respectful guests for multiple nights and were actively attempting to extend our stay. The situation could have been handled with basic professionalism and courtesy. While policies are understandable, the lack of discretion and the immediate escalation were concerning.
