The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Grün”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays. The wheelchair-accessible apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. You can start your day with a coffee on the balcony, marvelling at the incredible mountain panorama and the views of the valley - known for its many hours of sunshine. The private outdoor area also comprises a garden, where you can relax and spend the evenings with delicious meals from the communal barbecue. For children, there is also a playground on the premises. The nearest supermarkets, cafés and restaurants can all be found a 4-minute drive (2.5 km) away, in St. Martin. The city of Merano, famous for its spa resorts, is located a 20-minute drive (15.5 km) away, while South Tyrol’s capital Bolzano is a 45-minute drive (46 km) from the apartment.

super tolle wohnung

mein erster eindruck ist immer der aussenbereich ,ich denke den hier kann keiner toppen : traumhafte kulisse und einen riesigen balkon . die wohnung ist sauber , warm und stilvoll eingerichtet . es gibt eine spülmaschine und viel geschirr . super für kleine kinder mit viel spielzeug und spielplatz hinter dem balkon mit schaukel und turm ( alles eingezäunt ). vor der anfahrt sollte man vorher einkaufen oder man hat das glück , das die vermieterin gerade nach unten fährt und ( netterweise ) etwas aus dem laden mitbringt . es gibt auch eigenerzeugnisse vom hof ( milch ,schinken etc ). eine wirklich wunderschöne wohnung ! falls das navi beim ersten hof sagt "am ziel angelangt " geht es noch 2 kilometer weiter nach oben !!! für ängstliche ( wie mich ) ist die lange fahrt über den pass zurück nach norden nicht ratsam , beim zweitenmal würde ich nach bozen zurückfahren obwohl die aussicht die schneegrenze zu sehen sehr reizvoll ist .

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung war ganz neu, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Lage sehr ruhig, die Vermieterin war äußerst hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
