This private property is located in the heart of San Mateo Fl 32187off a dirt road in the middle of a small fishing and hunting community.. The property offers, great views of the natural flordia forest, along with its nature. You are guaranteed to see lots of different animal's roam in and out the yard.. This includes, deer, pigs, turkeys,peacocks, 🐍, armadillo, raccoon, squirrels, hummingbirds, large flordia bids plus more.. The home, is newly remodeled, as you can see in the pics. This beautiful spacious Master room has 1 king with full bathroom.. full family dinner table, oven/stove, toaster,microwave, coffee maker,, lots of cooking tools,, grill, smoker,washer dryer, full house filtered water system. All included!!..Wifi with smart t.v in the living room, along with a sectional couch..fireplace room (bourbon room) has tall table for cards and adult games also extra eating space for a large family. Also, has a full size couch. The Jack and Jill rooms 2 and 3 have queen beds for the comfort. 2nd bathroom is full with a shower and tub combo. The 4th room is located on the back side of the home. Included bunkbed and desk. This low key room is the only room in the house with backyard view. The back deck is considered a screened porch, the length of the house. Ring toss, darts, horseshoes, cornhole,basketball,console,, and more.. I will be adding better features on this beautiful property over the next year. The carport has outdoor bar along with multiple pic nic tables, outdoor networking lights with Bluetooth speaker. Multiple outdoor fireplaces... location is smack dead in the middle of north Flordia, easy transportation to great areas in Flordia, Springs, St Augustin, Orlando, Gainesville, Daytona, Tampa, Palatka, Jacksonville, South Georgia, Golf , fishing, kayak.
