The apartment house is near the sea (150m) in the Bibione Pineda area. It has a nice swimming pool and a solarium on the roof.
This two-room flat is for 2/4 guests. It is located on the 1st floor. It consists of a living room with a cooking corner (with gas stove, refrigerator and Italian coffee maker) and a double sofa bed, bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet), a bedroom with 1 double bed, a large balcony, a covered parking place.

This welcoming apartment offers an ideal space to enjoy your vacation, whether with a group of friends or family.

The swimming pool is not heated and it's meant for both adults and children. The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Wohnung besonders die Dusche leider sehr Renovierungsbedürftig, genauso die Matratzen von den Betten.Am Poolbereich leider keine Liegen und Sonnenschirme.Positive war Tiefgarage und sehr nah zum Strand.Das Rauchverbot am Strand wird leider nicht eingehalten und auch nicht kontrolliert!
