The property consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a single bed, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a washing machine). It comes with A/C, and two uncovered parking spaces.

Sehr schöne Lage, eher abgelegen - perfekt für die die Ruhe wollen. Wir waren sehr über den privat Strand erstaunt & erfreut. Überhaupt nicht überfüllt! Leider war am Anreisetag der Check in sehr mühsam da uns 5x versichert wurde das Haus wäre bald fertig gereinigt. Im Endeffekt mussten wir mit 2 Kleinkindern gut 4 Stunden auf den Schlüssel warten, mit einer Riesen Warteschlange. Haus ist okay, Waschmaschine war im Waschmittelfach schimmelig. Genauso wie der Duschvorhang. Der Garten / aussenbereich leider sehr uneben / Pflastersteine irgendwie am Boden. Gefährlich für kleine Kinder! Den Steingrill konnten wir leider nicht benutzen, da das Grillrost gefehlt hat.

Schöner Urlaub aber etwas ausbaufähig

Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer + Schlafsofa. Die Betten sind ok. Die Küche ist wie immer etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Alle Fenster haben ein Insektenschutz das ist klasse. Es sind zwei WC vorhanden. Das große Manko ist die Dusche fast wie in allen Objekten etwas klein und ungemütlich. Da das Objekt nicht zentral gelegen ist sollte man unbedingt Fahrräder dabei haben. Fazit: Preis Leistung ist ok.

Villa Tortorella

Vom Strand cca. 500 m entfernt, eine Villa, wo du dich wie zu Hause wohl fühlst. Drei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnraum einschl. Küche. Genug Schränke für die Klamotten, die Möbel sind zwar alt aber .. na ja es geht. Schließlich wil man lieber am Strand sitzen und sich amüsieren. Parkplatz direkt beim Haus im Garten. Grill vorhanden und funktioniert einwandfrei (aufgepasst Grillrost einpacken). Ich werde beim nächsten Mal ein einen Stromkabel (Verteiler) und einen Adapter für die Steckdose einpacken. fenster und Türe: mit Fliegernetz, die Klimaanlage ist i.O. Alles zusammengefasst: wir haben 2 Wochen in der Villa verbracht und es war perfekt. Kann für alle mit ruhigem Herzen empfehlen.

Kleine Willa Tortorella bei Via Bosco Canoro

Diese kleine Willa Tortorella auf der Privatstrasse Via Bosco Canoro hat uns gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden. Und hat alles funktioniert. Es gab kleine Probleme mit der Sicherungskasten. Wann dürfte die Waschmaschine nicht gleichzeitig mit der Klimaanlage zwischen 10-13 Uhr einschalten, da die Sicherungskasten befindet sich draußen im Hoff auf die Seite, die Vormittag unter dem Sonnenlicht steht. Der weg bis zum Strand ist nicht lang und dank der Schatten von vielen Bäumen ist sehr angenehm. Es ist sehr wahrscheinlich, dass wenn ich die Reise nach Bibione buchen würde, werde ich diese Objekt noch ein Mal mieten.

Lage ist sehr schön. Die Ausstatung leider nicht so toll. Die Möbel total veraltet.Waschmaschine nicht nutzbar da es ständig Sicherung raushaut .Trotzdem werden wir gerne wieder kommen

Villetta 3 stanze + divano letto, camere nella norma, spazio all'aperto ampio. Silenzio assoluto, ho sempre dormito senza tappi. Letti abbastanza comodi, stradina dritta che ti porta direttamente al mare molto pratica. Unico lato negativo le zanzare all'alba e tramonto ma la casa ha le retine dappertutto. Nel complesso sopra ogni aspettativa.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt. Es ist relativ eng in den Schlafzimmern. Trotz 2 Bäder gibt es nur eine Dusche. Das 2. Bad besteht aus Waschbecken, Bidet, WC und Waschmaschine. Wir waren zu 4. 3 Nöchte dort und dafür war es vollkommen ausreichend. Die Betten waren bequem und es war sauber. Es gibt einen großen Garten mit Bäumen, wo es im Sommer sicher sehr nett ist.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Nicht weit weg zum Strand. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist schon etwas veraltet. Schade war das es weder Toaster noch Kaffeemaschine gab.der strand war sauber und nicht zu überfüllt
