Brand new air-conditioned flat in the centre of Bibione Spiaggia. The entrance through the security mail opens onto a bright open space furnished with modern taste, preferring a range of light colours and ecological materials. Here there is a lovely living room with a double sofa bed and the dining area, which can seat from 4 to 6 people, and an open plan kitchen fully equipped with appliances, including a large fridge with separate freezer, oven, microwave and in general everything you need to cook at all. The sleeping area has a double bed and an additional bunk bed, each suite sleeping between 4 and 6 people. The bathroom is exceptionally large, in addition to the presence of all the sanitary ware also in this environment there is a beautiful glass door, naturally darkened. Guests have access to unlimited Wi-Fi, a standard parking space and 24-hour access to the laundry room on the ground floor opposite the lift. Large surfaces have allowed us to arrange the furniture in a unique and personalized way with the aim of giving our guests a complete holiday experience, to be repeated whenever they want to find the comfort of home near the sea.

Six storey holiday residence with lift, consisting of 20 flats perfectly exposed to the south towards the sea, the distance from the beach and the main points of interest of the resort is 500m, the location is therefore excellent to fully enjoy all the services offered by this unique and welcoming seaside resort. The building was completed in 2020, the works have just been completed. The result is a tourist residential structure equipped with all amenities and comfortable all year round. On the outside, the building plays with cubic shapes in bright, cheerful colours, blending perfectly into the surrounding landscape thanks above all to the chromatic hints typical of the unmistakable Venetian lagoon architecture and its islands, Murano and Burano. All twenty suites comply with the new criteria in line with the concept of sustainable, energy-saving development: soundproof windows and thermal and photovoltaic water insulation. Also available to guests is a standard parking space in the condominium area and free common services, such as Wi-Fi and access to the laundry room on the ground floor of the building. At guests' disposal also the wonderful terrace with breathtaking panoramic view at the sixth and last level, this area has been used as a solarium and equipped with sunbeds for your relaxing moments.
