40 METRES FROM THE SEA, is this magnificent and bright flat, with a HEATED SEAWATER SWIMMING POOL and a 12 metre HOT WATER RELAX POOL, in a very quiet neighbourhood and fibre optic internet connection.This two bedroom single storey apartment is located in a small residential complex in the south of Tenerife and in a very quiet neighbourhood, ideal for relaxing. It is a 10 minute drive to the best beaches and a 15 minute walk to the fishing village with a variety of restaurants and cafes. The shopping centre with supermarket is about 3 minutes walking distance. The complex has two seawater swimming pools and a freshwater swimming pool, surrounded by a large lawned garden. The adult swimming pool is heated to 23ºC. The 12-metre HOT WATER RELAX POOL has 36ºC fresh water. The pool area also has communal showers and toilets.One of the main features of the flat is that it is fully equipped. It has high quality beds, gas grill and Smart TV with internet access. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. From the master bedroom you can access the terrace with stunning sea views. In addition, there is a second bedroom with two single beds and a sofá bed in the living room, making the flat suitable for families and groups of up to 6 people. We can also provide you with a cot, a high chair and a baby bath as well as a small extra bed (babies and small children can stay in extra beds free of charge). There is a full bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is functional and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.The terrace has a large table, chairs and a weber gas grill (one of our guests' favourite things). Pearl on the coast

Nice location with easy access to services, two good bedrooms, good kitchen, perfect balcony with nice view on groundfloor level. Some repairs to the closing systems on the side of the balcony are overdue. Otherwise well maintained. Check in system is not essay to graal and unpracticable or badly explained.
